The most common sign is water loss that’s faster than normal evaporation. In the Dallas summer heat, you can expect to lose about ¼ inch of water per day to evaporation — anything more than that is worth investigating.

Other signs: you’re refilling the pool more often than usual, your water bill has gone up without explanation, wet spots or soft ground around the pool or equipment pad, or you’re constantly having to re-balance your chemicals.

A quick DIY test: turn off the pump, fill a bucket with pool water, set it on the steps, and mark both levels. After 24 hours, compare how much each lost. If the pool dropped more than the bucket, you likely have a leak.

Depending on your plan, filter cleans, salt cell cleans, and chemical costs may be included or available at a member discount. Our Premium and Ultimate plans bundle chemicals into a fixed monthly cost so you’re never surprised by what you spend.

We also log service notes after every visit so you can track what was done — and if something’s off, our techs flag it before it becomes a bigger problem.

Yes. Pool equipment repairs are one of our core services. Whether it’s a pump that’s lost pressure, a heater that won’t fire up, a filter that’s not cycling right, or a salt cell that needs attention — we handle it.

The Premium Plan starts at $232/month with a yearly membership. It locks in your service and chemical costs at a fixed monthly rate, which most of our customers prefer. You get weekly service through the warm months, twice-monthly in winter, and discounted repair call-outs.

The Ultimate Plan starts at $532/month and is designed for pool owners who want everything handled. Twice-weekly service March through November, all chemicals included, four filter cleans per year, repair call-outs included, and a 24-hour response time.
